How do clients benefit from implementing
the Client Charter of Rights by a property management company?
Any company implementing the Client Charter of Rights accepts an obligation to advise
its clients on the scope of services they have the right to receive in
Companies who employ property managers-members of Associations affiliated with
the Polish Real Estate Federation and to
render such services to the clients.
What
objectives does the Polish Real Estate Federation wish to accomplish through
introduction of the Client Charter of Rights?
1. To inform clients what their rights are
and what they can receive from the broker if they choose to exercise those
rights; and
2. To distinguish companies who are
willing, both on their own and in cooperation with other companies, to perform the
highest level of service and be subject to control of their performance carried
out by the Federation and the consumers.
How
can I check if a particular company has a license for use of the Client Charter
of Rights trademark?
Please write the name of the company or
its URL address in the search engine window on the www.pfrn.pl
website or check lists of companies that have implemented the Charter. Please
note the lists are put together by geographical regions and companies are
listed in order reflecting the sequence of obtaining the License.
