Property Manager’s Client Charter of Rights
is a registered trade mark owned by the Polish Real Estate
Federation (PREF).
1. PREF grants a free license to any Company rendering professional property management services
provided that such Company shall agree to offer its clients services securing
all rights ensuing from the Charter of Rights and employs property managers who
are members of Associations affiliated with PREF
2. PREF shall undertake a nationwide promotional campaign of the Charter logo, aimed at making potential
clients aware what benefits they can derive from using services of a
Professional Property Manager and what they can lose by not doing so.
- Within its marketing activities PREF
shall inform potential clients which Companies have obtained the License
to use the Client Charter of Rights trademark.
- In particular, the PREF website shall contain a list of Companies (including
their names, internet address and the date of obtaining the license) who have
the license to use the Client Charter of Rights trademark.
- Companies on the above-mentioned list shall be posted by membership in regional Associations
and in the sequence reflecting the time of obtaining the License.
- Any Company possessing the License to use the Client Charter of Rights shall have
the right and obligation to use the Charter and display it in a form and
content as agreed and provided by PREF to all its potential clients and in
all advertisements (e.g. leaflets, window posters, banners, websites,
etc.).
- The date of obtaining the License shall be deemed the date of submitting the
declaration confirming the will to possess such License by the Company.
- Should clients file justified claims against the Company, the Polish Real
Estate Federation, having conducted clarification proceedings, is
authorized to withdraw the License to use the Client Charter of Rights
trademark with immediate effect.
- Unauthorized use of the trademark is subject to a penalty.
