How do clients benefit from implementing the Client Charter of Rights by a real estate company?

Any company implementing the Client Charter of Rights accepts an obligation to advise its clients on the scope of services they have the right to receive in Companies who employ brokers-members of Associations affiliated with the Polish Real Estate Federation and to render such services to the clients.

What objectives does the Polish Real Estate Federation wish to accomplish through introduction of the Client Charter of Rights?

  1. To inform clients what their rights are and what they can receive from the broker if they choose to exercise those rights; and
  2. To distinguish companies who are willing, both on their own and in cooperation with other companies, to perform the highest level of service and be subject to control of their performance carried out by the Federation and the consumers.

 

How do clients benefit from using services within the Client Charter of Rights?

There are many benefits derived from hiring a professional broker, however the most important one is that exclusively through the comprehensive use of all his/her rights, the client may achieve his/her objectives and avoid selling the property too low or buying it to high.

Please bear in mind that a real estate market expert possesses the necessary knowledge, technology and professional tools facilitating efficient closing of the transaction and ensuring it is in the best interest of the client. The broker hired by the client can apply all available tools and techniques only if he is granted the exclusivity of representation. When you refuse to grant such exclusivity, you deprive yourself of the right of transparent and professional marketing of your property and considerably limit chances for a successful transaction up to your expectations.

Please write the name of the company or its URL address in the search engine window on the www.pfrn.pl website or check lists of companies that have implemented the Charter. Please note the lists are put together by geographical regions and companies are listed in order reflecting the sequence of obtaining the License.
