California. Bill specializes in the Real Estate Group Investments. His skills

senior housing and multi family.

Bill has a
combined total of over 25 years of experience as a real estate broker and in
the formation and management of real estate investment groups.

Professional Affiliation Experience
Bill has
been an active member of the Northern California CCIM Chapter for over 20
years. He was Chapter President in 1988 and has held every office in the
Chapter including being Treasurer three times. At the national level, he served
two terms on the Governing Council of the CCIM Institute and has served on
numerous committees and task forces. Bill was one of the founders of the Real
Estate Alliance for Charity and has served as Chairman of the Board, President
and Chief Financial Officer.

Background
Bill is a
member of the instructor cadre and teaches the Institute's CI Intro and CI 101
courses. He was awarded the Rising Star award in 2004. Bill is also a member of
the faculty at UC Berkeley Extension, where he teaches a class Real Estate
Investing for Financial Planners. He has contributed articles to professional
journals and speaks at local and national conferences.

Bill
graduated with honors in 1975 from the University of California at Berkeley
with a major in Architecture, and has completed significant graduate studies at
the University of California at Hayward in finance, econometrics, economics, management,
accounting, and marketing.

Bill's
interests include sail boat racing, digital filmmaking, travel, world affairs,
ice dancing, and skiing.

Charlie worked for
several years with Colonial Properties, Inc., a regional full service real
estate company, and with Johnson Rast and Hays. Later, he was an independent
developer with Commercial Net Lease Realty of Orlando, Fl., and an associate
broker for Southpace Properties of Birmingham, a New America Network affiliate.
Charlie has also been a featured speaker for Coldwell Banker, Re/Max, Grubb and
Ellis, and Century 21 Commercial, and has addressed state conventions for Ohio, Florida, and Alabama.
CCIM and
Professional Affiliation Experience
Charlie is very active
with the CCIM Institute. He has served on numerous committees including
Executive, Education Steering, Faculty, Budget, Long Range Planning, and
Designation Courses. He is a Past President of the Alabama CCIM Chapter.
Charlie has received many honors and sales achievement awards including
Commercial Realtor of the Year in 1983 by the Alabama Association of Realtors®,
and is a Life Member of the Birmingham Association of Realtors® Million Dollar
Club. He is also co-founder and first president of the Birmingham Commercial
Real Estate Club.

Background
Charlie has been an
instructor for the CCIM Institute for 17 years. He received the “Robert L. Ward
Instructor of the Year “award in 2000, and Senior Instructor of the year for
individual courses three times. Besides teaching in the U.S., Charlie has also taught CCIM courses in Canada and Russia.

Joe has

Joe has
chaired several national committees for the CCIM Institute. His service
includes the following committees: Budget, Professional Society Steering,
Education Steering, Executive, Faculty, Strategic Planning, Body of Knowledge,
as well as the Education Foundation Board of Directors. Joe served as the 2007
CCIM Institute President and he is a member of its Board of Directors. Joe has
also served as President of his state CCIM Chapter and his local Board of
Realtors®.
Instructional Background
Joe has
been an instructor with the CCIM Institute since 1980. Currently he is a Senior
Instructor in CI Intro, CI 103, CI 104, and CCR. He has received several honors
for his CCIM education work including being selected as Instructor of the Year
in 1989, and receiving the Victor L. Lyon Award for outstanding service to CCIM
Education in 2000.
