Organization of licensing qualifications procedures and professional practices of real estate brokers and property managers on the basis of the agreement with the Ministry of Infrastructure (the State Office for Housing and Urban Development - UMiRM until December 2003).

Development and promotion of the Code of Ethics and Professional Standards for real estate brokers and property managers federated in PREF. All PREF members are obliged to observe those rules.

• 2nd Annual International CEREAN Conference, Warsaw 1995 and 9th Annual International CEREAN Conference, Kraków 2003;

Development and organization of the European Real Estate Academy (EAN) - a series of six one-day lectures each held in a different city of Poland. The program of the Academy covered the elementary knowledge of the European Union and its legal regulations currently in force, with special attention paid to the regulations referring to real estate professions (i.e. brokers, property managers and valuers). It included also presentations of legal systems and real estate markets in such countries of the EU as: Germany, Belgium, Italy, France, Denmark and the Netherlands . Close to 200 persons from all over Poland graduated from the first edition of the Academy.

Organization in years 1996-1999 in cooperation with the Institute of Real Estate Management professional property management trainings that lead to obtaining international designation CPM (Certified Property Manager). Few editions of courses were completed by more than a thousand Polish participants, including representatives of private and public enterprises

Since the year 2000 organization of a series of courses whose completion leads to acquiring the international designation CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) together with the CCIM Institute (CIREI until 2000) from Chicago, USA . In 2003 in Kraków first CCIM designation has been granted to 28 Polish and 16 Russian practitioners.

Quarterly “Świat Nieruchomości” (Real Estate World) was issued with cooperation with Krakow Real Estate Institute since 1997. This specialized magazine, present on the market since 1992, was very popular among professionals looking for specialized and updated real estate news.
